Tara Bland is literally beyond AMAZING!! She takes the time to listen to what you want and tells you what the best thing for your hair is!! I have been getting my hair bleached for over 10 years and I don’t think it has ever felt better since she has been doing my hair!!! I highly recommend her and for extensions!! I moved from Texas 4 years ago. I had one of the best stylist in Texas. Finding a new one when I moved to Portland gave me anxiety because it is super important who my stylist is. I reviewed the stylists on the Prima website, read there profiles. The one profile I returned to over and over again was Candice White's. I scheduled my first appt with her and I knew that she's my girl. Her work is artistic , amazing, and she so caring.
I now have a beautiful style that's easy to care for over the summer! And Heather is phenomenal and so fun to work with! You must give her a try, you won't be sorry!
