I have had such great experiences with Precision Air! Recently I had the opportunity to work with their tech Denton and he was so knowledgable, kind and willing to educate me on a specific system. I have had nothing but the most timely and professional exchanges with all of their techs and I'm so grateful to have them as a resource.
We had a multi-zone heat pump system installed by Precision a year ago. Overall, it has worked well in year one of both a heating and cooling system = much quieter and generally more comfortable than the prior 15 year old gas furnace/conventional AC system. However, it has not resulted in a heating/cooling cost savings ... in case this might be a motivation to some. This review is about the 1 year free maintenance inspection. The tech (Denton) showed up on time, inspected the system and switched out air filters. It was great to have a free maintenance inspection bundled in with the system install.
