Our carpet was installed 2 years ago. There was a tear in the carpet before our warrenty' was up. I called and Kevin answered and told me that he will get back with me but didn't happen. 6 months later I called the store to find out why I didn't receive and answer back. No answer. I wrote a bad review and Kevin and Dion got back to me. Both was sincere in their appologies. Dion sent a repairman out and took care the the damaged carpet. I appreciate both Kevin and especially Dion for making it right with me. I will be looking to be a customer again in the perhaps near future. This is an updated review. Great service and seamless experience. Kevin was able to find my flooring when others could not or said it was discontinued. He ordered my items and followed up to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend.

We have used Becca at Portland floors for three different houses. She was so helpful and patient with us. We loved working with her and would recommend Becca and Portland Floors 100% We did some price comparisons and felt they were very competitive. But, having the personal help and experience versus just being a customer in a big box store was invaluable. The installers were on time, polite and did a great job. I can't imagine going anywhere else for carpet and flooring.
