I have Osteoarthritis. My shoulders are shot. It was recommended I get shoulder replacement surgery, but I also have Osteoporosis. Putting an appliance into a bone made of Swiss cheese wouldn't work. I tried PRP. The pain has been excruciating, especially since I've stayed active: I hike, bike, backpack, and teach ballroom dancing. Today, after my massage, is the first day I'm feeling pretty good. I couldn't understand why Kyle was hitting the spots he was because my problem was my shoulders, and my shoulders were affecting my arms all the way down to my hands, making my hands them hurt so badly I wanted to scream.
