Updating my review. Pleasantly surprised that the alarm chirping has been fixed. Yay! Now if we could get hand sanitizer back ?. The staff are amazing. Love working out here. HOWEVER, the alarm has been loudly chirping every minute or so for the last week and the owner hasn’t been out to fix it. Super annoying as paying members. Surprised each morning that it hasn’t been addressed. My heart goes out to the employees working long hours having to listen to it all day.

Very nice place, not like any other one. Employees are polite and friendly. People who come to work out also are respectful. Plenty of equipment to choose from and work out. The locker room and showers are clean. The parking area is safe and plenty of space is available, day and night. Thank you all for doing a good job. See you then.

I have had so many bad experiences at other gyms. When I came to the 82nd planet fitness location Alaina immediately welcomed me, she not only showed me how to use equipment but made me feel safe and comfortable, she is so friendly and I look forward to seeing her when I come in to work out. If you are new at the gym I would come here and talk to her.
