Very professional and nice place! I bought a phone for $825 and he was completely honest about its SIM card being locked. A week later we decided we needed one with a working SIM card and he took it back and offered me a full refund! 10/10 experience, professionalism and honesty. Would recommend to anybody in the Portland area.
I have gone to this place four times and will never go anywhere else! I came when I was 16 with my dad and he was thrilled with the service and I remembered this place recently when my boyfriend needed his screen replaced. I fix it and ended up having to come back a month later for water damage lol. We came in he fix it in under 30 minutes and gave us both screen protectors for free!! Amazing customer service 11/10 would recommend!
My phone had the white screen of death, it got soaked on a floating trip. The man was able to fix the phone in under an hour, as well as being transparent at the beginning about the price and different options for a new screen. Quick, easy, affordable. I will go be going back when I ruin my phone the next time. I highly recommend going here if you have phone troubles
