What an awesome place! My son's PS4 was sounding like a jet engine. I knew what it needed (mostly), but I didn't trust myself to fix it. SmartFix did such a great job. They did forget a little connector (we're all human), but realized exactly what happened when I called. I brought it back in and it was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make it right for us making a second trip. Also, a very reasonable price. Honestly, for something that can feel like such a pain, this was a great experience.
Absolutely my only place for repairs here !! Long time geek squad user here happy to find dependable TRUSTWORTHY company here! Took in my Lenovo Yoga laptop planned to only replace one of the two available charging ports ( agreed to replace one they accidentally replaced both charging ports and were honest and did not charge me for the second) easy to reach online and by phone, all the staff is kind and helpful! Rare these days ! They sell used gear too and carry accessories for phones and computers so check them out.
