I had such a great experience at this Palm Beach Tan! Kelby, Zoe, and Lee were absolutely lovely—fun, honest, and genuinely helpful. I restarted my membership while I was out in Gresham. I knew this location would be my regular one, and I honestly wish I had come here first. I used to go to the Wood Village location when I lived out that way, which is where I restarted the membership on Friday while in town. I felt pressured into buying products I didn’t need. Here at the Pearl, I feel taken care of, not taken advantage of. I’m so happy I made the switch. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I had such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan on 21st! The salon is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, but what really makes this location stand out is Kelby.
Kelby is truly an exceptional employee—professional, knowledgeable, and so genuinely kind. She takes the time to explain the different beds and products, make personalized recommendations, and ensure you feel completely comfortable every visit. Her customer service is above and beyond, and you can tell she really cares about helping you get the best results. She also manages a great group on girls who share her product knowledge and amazing attitude!
I love it here!! This is usually the only location I visit now, and that is due solely to the employees. Parking is always a bit of a pain (as we are in Portland) but I don't mind doing a bit of walking for phenomenal service. Product & service recommendations are always on par, and it feels like you're there to visit friends. :) Shoutout to Admire, Yuumi, Kelby, Leah, and all of you for upholding such a high standard!
