We had Tom out to do a home inspection because of some serious problems with the bathroom tile, but he went over the whole home and found a number of other issues. Some of them were things which once you see them you can't unsee them, but we had never noticed before. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and calm. It was really nice getting an opinion from someone who is not (and cannot) sell you anything. We're fairly proactive about home maintenance and I expect to have him back out in a couple years to see if we've fixed everything and / or if there are any new issues.
I don't normally write reviews on stuff, but Tom was amazing and wholly deserves accolades! He was thorough, detail oriented, and had a TON of knowledge - not just about home inspections, but about repairs and local businesses who would be able to help as well. He was personable and requested that I reach out to him for any questions I had, about his inspection or follow-up for any repair needs in the future. He was professional and respectful, both of my time and with collaborative communication about steps going forward. I HIGHLY recommend him as a master in his field. Thank you, Tom!!
