Quick response time, courteous and professional. My issue was identified and resolved on the spot. I learned about our furnace, ducts, registers and how heat is regulated throughout a home from Travis that I had absolutely no idea about. To feel educated rather than taken advantage of and talked down to as experienced from a different company will have me calling Orbit for any and all of my HVAC needs going forward. Thanks Orbit!
I work with Orbit for work managing properties, and they're always the best. I wish I had known about them when we had our own systems installed--it would have turned out a lot better. Their techs are the smartest and best. Love their work, and always call them first when we need a bid.
If you like to really think about things and get all the details while making a big purchase for your home, having a company like Orbit is the way to go especially if you live in Portland. We shopped around at a several places looking for an AC solution for our older craftsman home. Although many of the well-rated places with thousands of customer reviews were overly responsive during the initial sales estimate process, communication afterwards fell through the cracks often never responding to our follow up questions.
