I went in for a manicure and pedicure this week. The pedicure was the best I have had. The massage and the polish were flawless. I had requested a manicure that i unfortunately ended up hating (no fault of theirs I just simply went to bold) I called today to ask for a polish change and she remembered me from earlier this week and not only got me in right away but did the polish change for free and was so friendly and engaging. That is amazing customer service. I left so happy and I will absolutely be back! Also, my nails are now perfect.Services: Pedicure

I have been going to Onyx since I moved to the Pearl 10 years ago. I recently moved to the South Waterfront and I still drive to BB's because my gel nails last forever. I only get them redone because they growout. She will be moving to a brand new shop this spring and I will follow her there. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
