I started going here in 2008 when I lived nearby, I stop in every time I'm in town, and they're still the best nail salon I've found in Portland, Ann Arbor, and downtown Chicago. My nails are flawless, and the nail tech steered me away from a bad color choice. Remembering the great recommendations Hu gave me years ago, and after listening to them talking to another client, I wish I had just asked any one of them to pick a color for me; they really know their business. At least two of the nail techs there this time were there 15 years ago when I first started going there. I can't recommend Elegant Nails enough! The ladies here are so kind and thoughtful. I've been going for years and they are good people who treat their customers well and make you feel welcome!

Great service! My family and I were weekend vacationing in Oregon and love to get pedis together. My 5yo loved the flower details they lady did on her toes ☺ and my husband was very grateful for the lady's gentleness since the last time we went to a different salon in Washington they cut up his feet so bad it hurt for him to walk ? we will be back here next time we visit ?
