Wow! I have got to say I am impressed! You guys have delivered so many amazing plants to my doorstep with a great selection to choose from. They are packaged very expertly and arrive in a timely manner once they have been shipped. Any time I have had any issues that are within their warranty on their website they have been so awesome to work with. Thank You for everything! I will continue coming back for more awesome plants every year!
As a gift we received a Crimson Sky Pomegranate. Unfortunately it failed to leaf out but One Green World replaced the sapling. The replacement came quickly and was ready to plant! Their support and service was fantastic. I was impressed by the quality of tree and the responsiveness and support of their staff. It was a positive experience and I plan to be a repeat customer!
Great customer service. For some reason all of Anne Yellow Raspberries I ordered failed to establish but the 20 other berry plants of varying varieties all came up, and strong. I let them know about the situation and they replaced them for me. In a word, integrity.
