Thanks to your thorough screenings, your care teams have identified three early-stage skin cancers over the years. Because these were discovered and treated promptly, I have experienced no long-term ill effects.

- 2 referrals were sent, one was from urgent care regarding immediate testing on possible ringworm. Got a call back 4 days later to voicemail referencing the wrong referral and saying it was not considered urgent. Thereby pushing my concern from URGENT CARE another indefinite amount of time
- every time I call I am left on hold for 20+ minutes but when the hold ends and the line connects, no one is on the line despite how many times I call or what number I call from. Often times my call is disconnected mid connection
- hold music is atrocious and has an annoying beep in it
My daughter was referred to a dermatologist by a pediatric doctor around October of last year. When the dermatology office finally called to schedule an appointment in December; months after the referral was sent over, I was told that it would be 9 months before my daughter could be seen. I was shocked by a 9 month wait for a new patient. I yelled through the phone, “WHAT??! HOW IS THIS HELPFUL!??” It wasn’t until I started putting up a fight, that the receptionist magically found an appointment in March.
