I purchased a home to rehab for a rental or possible resale. The home has hardwood floors that I wanted to have refinished. I have been let down by previous contractors and could not find one that wanted to work with refinishing the floors as I wanted, all wanted to do L.V.P. overlay. Chris saved the floors with doing some repairs where needed and did an incredible job on the refinishing of the 75-year-old floor.L.V.P. or new wood just does not have the charactor or class as the old wood.Chris enjoys the work and the end result shows it.
