Ghosted. Got a quote for refinishing wood floors and had a question about our flooring. I replied to the emailed quote and got no response. Over the next 3-4 weeks, I tried texting, calling and leaving a voicemail, messaged him here on Yelp since this was how we were first communicating, but never heard back. He seems like a nice guy and I really wanted to hire him, but I can't hire him if he won't respond. Ended up going with a different company because we were running out of time to get the floors done. I'm confused and don't understand what happened here, but I hope he won't continue ghosting people like this.

Ezequiel, the owner, refinished my floors and added a threshold in my new house. He was reliable, responsive, fairly priced and excellent at his trade. I needed the work done last minute and he fit me in to his schedule that weekend and promptly finished the job. I have been nothing but impressed with his work. My floors are so gorgeous ! I have a basement remodel to do and I plan on having him do the stairs and all of my flooring. I will recommend him to family and friends for any floor work.

Ezequeil finished up our flooring project today, which was started by NW Wood Floors this past Monday. He did a fantastic job! His attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship, especially installing new baseboards and re-nailing the cabinet baseboards and 1/4 round - is much appreciated!
