I think Dr. Roberts is a fabulous doctor I first worked with her almost 20yrs ago. And she has always seen me fairly and charged fairly for the procedures I've needed with pre-cancer lesions. Her team seems knowledgeable and kind and I recommend them! However their charging is OUTRAGEOUS! And their staff needs to be more clear and knowledgeable on the phone. I had a son who has a non-worrisome mole in a location that warrants removal and they told us to come in for evaluation and removal. So we did. Dr. McNulty took one look and said we would have to see a plastic surgeon. Literally this was a 2 minute visit and we were still charged $95. We do not have health insurance and that was the cash rate! OUTRAGEOUS! I think this should of been a free consult since we could of been directed on the phone where to go. I am not a happy customer and feel very unfairly OVER CHARGED. Their new office is gorgeous and I am so happy they have such a gorgeous new space but please re-evaluate these types of consults only to refer and then to charge such a ridiculous cost! Disappointed long time customer! :(
I saw Dr. Desai and she was very good at explaining my condition and the various options to deal with my autoimmune hair loss. I would highly recommend her.
