I’ve only met with Hayden. He was wonderful. I just moved here and started out with a different facility. You could hardly turn around in their front lobby especially with other dogs arriving. Not good! I love your lobby. I immediately felt relaxed and at home.
Our dog absolutely loves going to Reynolds. They were on top of communication while she was boarded there and let us know when she had an upset tummy on one of the days. They also communicated about her eating patterns (which are typical of our dog).
Reynolds recently took over the Portland location, so we very much appreciated the communication and feel even more comfortable with boarding and daycare now.
Bonus - our dog is absolutely exhausted today from all of the playing, so it’s quiet in our house today.
Always have a happy and tired pup when ours comes home after being at Reynolds. Such a fantastic team and welcoming experience each time we visit. This is a great way for our puppo to get out some energy and socialize with other dogs. Highly recommend!
