I have been at New Narrative since January 2026, and overall my experience has been very positive.
I currently live at Sister House, where the home is clean, organized, and consistently run by the book. I appreciate knowing things are done the right way because it helps me feel safe and at peace.
Meg Pettigrove, the House Administrator, Andy, the House Manager, and the full-time staff are amazing. They are trauma-informed, educated, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping people heal. They do not just treat you like a client—they help you feel like a person again.

New narrative has been the best program. I have ever joined my mental health. Is on track? I may have some slips, but they're always there with a team ready to keep you going. The only reason why it didn't give it a 5 star review. It's because they moved to their new location. The older location was a lot better, at least for me, it felt like a cozy home. The new location just feels like a corporate building giving this sense of a data center. All in all I would recommend new narrative to anyone that was looking for mental health
