Retired, arthritic and undermotivated, I admit the apartment was sliding downward on the scale from pristine (once) to not-so-much. I called Molly Maid of Central Portland mostly because I've seen their cars. Now I wish I had done it long ago! Team 9 was punctual, professional, industrious and pleasantly non-judgmental. THANK you for that, Team 9! In the allotted time they left all rooms spic-and-span. Also they gave me a very reasonable estimate for maintenance cleaning, which I promptly scheduled with Ashley at the main office. Excellent attention to detail. The two-person crew worked hard and did a great job. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the company’s pricing scheme. It was a bit of a bait-and-switch. They quote you a very reasonable price up front and then double it when the cleaning is halfway done and you have no other options. It has happened to me with Molly Maids twice now - I should have learned the first time.

Had fallen behind on cleaning my 524sqft studio apartment thanks to recent surgery, exhaustion from returning to work, and overwhelm. I’m so grateful I booked services today, I had Angelica and Jennifer come to my rescue. I did an apartment cleaning with dishes and fridge cleaning added on. I was embarrassed by how bad it was but they didn’t make me feel judged and helped my place get back on track. Thank you both so much! I’m hoping to setup recurring cleanings in the future due to how professional, kind, and supportive these two were. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Luna, Ellie, and I appreciate you so much.
