I just had the best dental experience. I was 10 minutes late because I had to ride the bus for the first time in years and wasn't sure how long it would take but.... They were still willing to see me which I was super grateful for. Secondly, I have a lot of painful teeth and I had to get them cleaned and the lady was amazing. This experience lessened my fear of the dentist..

I do not know why the score is low. But I really like here, staff there were very helpful. Officer Fang was very nice and good. She helped me on apply for Insurance as low income person as I did not have SSN at that time.

Dr. Meadows needs to have her license revoked. I came in with my sister because she had scabies, and tried to help them understand what she needed because I had it. They were unwilling to help my sister with any medication, they told her to go to a dermatologist even though they treated her with 1 bottle of permethrin, even though she’s had it for 6 months. They would not prescribe her ivermectin even though the CDC recommends it to eliminate scabies. This doctor literally walked out of the room on my sister and told her to go to another doctor. I thought doctors take these jobs to help, but not people with scabies, she look down on my sister and was so shrewd. Stay away from her if want to get better!

This is the worst health center in Portland. My teeth needed restorative treatment. Part of the work was completed, but I was unable to get new appointments for the remaining treatment. As a result, my dental care was left unfinish

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with the woman on the phone.
My doctor and I rescheduled 3 times and when it was time to have the appointment this time I waited for 30 minutes and she still hadn't logged on. But that's not the issue.
When I called the office back the woman on the end was rude and told me information no one else did which was that I should have waited an hour past the time of the appointment to allow my doctor to give me a call.
I told her I had spoke to my doctor about my schedule and when it was okay and when it was not to have a virtual meeting.
The woman hung up on me as I was in the middle of speaking and she didn't say anything else but just hung up the phone.
The staff usually is very helpful but to have the woman hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation was rude.
I suggest you see the doctor in person here and not a virtual visit because most likely they won't be on time.

This is by far the most unprofessional and discriminatory clinic I have ever experienced. I was a patient here for years before I finally had enough and left. Many of the patients are immigrants who cannot speak English well, and the way they are treated here is absolutely shameful.
The nurses are openly disrespectful talking about patients behind their backs while they are in the room, humiliating them, and treating them as if their lives don’t matter. Some even brag about how little they get paid, as if that excuses their cruelty. The doctors I saw (not all, but enough to see a pattern) knew my health issues and still refused to help, yet had no problem billing my insurance.
This place does not treat people with dignity or care. It treats vulnerable patients especially immigrants as if they are less than human. If you are considering coming here, especially if you struggle with English, think twice. You deserve better than the racism, disrespect, and humiliation this clinic allows.
