I haven't been to a doctor for a long time, so I brought a lot of questions and needs to this appointment, and they could not have done a better job! I felt completely heard and tended to. I had a new patient dental visit this week and my experience was great. The staff was lovely, the assistant was kind and the dentist was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. They were able to get my follow up visit on the schedule within the next month (unlike other clinics that don't have availability for 6+ months out). My wait time was less than 5 minutes and my appointment ended on time. A very smooth and positive experience!
