I went with my girlfriend to the clinic to make an appointment to see my doctor. There was a woman called Michelle, maybe from Asia, and she was irrespectfull and rude with my girlfriend because she was trying to help me to talk with her. The worst attention I've never had in the front desk of the clinic.

First time being late to an appointment, and the front desk staff didn’t even blink and said I had to reschedule. Thats not good customer service. No warning no nothing. I had already waited months for my appointment.

Some (not all) front desk employees (often the ones that are cozier with their supervisors) are disrespectful and irresponsable.They should be educated about the basic manners before they are allowed to work there.Perhaps they should be reminded that their job falls under the category of being public servants in an industry that provides health care services which is neither the same as being a correctional officer in jail nor as a relative of some low ranking gang member.If the doctors and dentists in the same facility can/are required to act nice and tolerant, then there is no excuse, at all, for the front desk crew to behave in any other way than nice and if they...read full review
