Ive had nothing but good experiences with the Blackburn. The staff are always friendly, meds always filled in a timely matter and they have a ton of services. The community is very lucky to have a place like The Blackburn.

“Good luck trying to save her.” Marla SingerI’m having a severe allergic reaction that could be life threatening and the on call person says, “Sorry but we’re closed today in observance of Memorial Day, but I can schedule you for tomorrow.” I say, “ I have an appointment already tomorrow, but I need urgent care.” She says, “okay, thank you.” Click.Why in the world have an on-call ‘service’ if no one is on-call. Thankfully, Providence directed me to Columbia urgent care nearby in case my throat swells and I stop breathing. Thanks you too!!Otherwise, so far most of the care team seems competent despite the management limiting care accessibility.

This clinic has a lot of great services for people trying to get healthy and back on their feet. The Suboxone program is wonderful to be engaged with. The doctors an medical staff are simply amazing. All the counselors are really working hard for their clients I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. So why 4 stars well because of the location. Even with uniformed security all over it never fails I get asked at least twice a week if I want to buy drugs from people on the corner. Not much that Blackburn can do about this. Again the center is simply amazing but the location is a bit rough.
