Staff always goes above & beyond to help. Walk-in clinic might have a wait if you come later in afternoon but every medical staff I've interacted with has been so nice, caring ,& non-judgmental . Pharmacy inside also , so you can see a Doc & get your meds all in 1 place.
Come with plenty of time to wait, can get busy. Dog friendly , clinic open Mon.-Fri... they also of loads of other resources, you always call front desk for info.
After years without healthcare, and years before that with almost exclusively aweful healthcare (and cost!) via Kaiser, I've lucked out with the staff at the Blackburn Center- it's a phenomenally and refreshingly intersectional clinic, and every doctor and therapist I've been blessed to be supprted by has exceeded my expectations of humankindness, competency, sincerity, promptness, professionalism, and helping me improve my health in a variety of ways.
