Virtually impossible to get a human being on the phone, which is really terrifying when they don't send in your prescription, you're out of medication, and need to talk to somebody in their office.
This has happened more than once- my prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy, which is another issue I have with Blackburn.
I love Dr. David Pierce, he is a terrific, attentive doctor and I'm lucky to have him as my PCP, I just wish the office had better communication with it's patients.

If u have any mental health or need a doctor or just wat ever best place if I was you and u need help don't call police call Blackburn I give you 100 percent no lie they will help you and there method really works I couldn't even leave my house seeing them for mental health i go on walks by myself it feels great getting the help I needed

If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. The staff are great. They actually really care about their patients wellbeing. I’m very happy with my PCP. She’s great! Wouldn’t change anything and I’ve always been treated with courtesy and respect no matter what.
