Came to Mi Bella for some freshing up after twelve years. Neal matched my colors perfectly, I love the art this man creates. He's awesome to work with, very professional. Neil was recommended to me by two of my friends that are his clients. I had several ideas that I wanted put together into one piece. He listened to my ideas and was able to bring them to life. The colors are so vivid and his attention to detail in the tattoo was perfect. Neil is very talented and we had good conversations. I am over the moon happy with how my tattoo turned out! I look forward to my next tattoo and highly recommend Neil!

Neil is a great guy with experience in the business! Had a piece done yesterday and I love it. Turned out JUST like I wanted. Neil was even cool enough to assist in the changing of the bandage since I was without today!! Thank you! I will be back...
