I have filed a complaint with the SEC. I called Merrill Lynch to tell them I filed the complaint and to register my frustration and the customer service person said it was an unproductive conversation and hung up. THIS IS MERRILL LYNCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.

Called the office on 13st and Vaughn nw Portland, Oregon to discuss my money market and my portfolio and they hung up on me!

If I could put zero stars, I would. The app will not allow zero stars. Not a good company to work with. Very poor customer service, unprofessional and not educated on products and process. Constantly changing the requirements and not telling the truth. Will not allow a customer to speak to a supervisor. Stay far away!
