Ive been coming here for the past 3-4 years initially found through Groupon. Sam does great work BUT there's a huge problem with keeping appointments, which is a shame because she does great work. The first time I ever booked (weeks/months ahead mind you,) I was cancelled on and have been many times since then. I didn't go back often, as it was far for me even by car. I got rid of my car a few years ago and it was even harder to go back and I was very vocal about this. Between my work schedule and public transit there and back, it was hard to find a time that worked, but I continued to go because she did good work.
