I have received I a 90-minute massage from Barb each month for the past six years. She is incredibly knowledgeable about bodywork and is an integral component of my overall wellness plan. She has helped my body recover from surgeries, frozen shoulder, chronic hip pain, tendinitis, and more she also helps educate me about how to take care of my body between visits. I highly recommend regular visits.
