Mandalyn Somatics: Somatic Healing Therapy

I just had a session with Mandy for the first time, and it was extremely helpful. I went into it completely blind and came out feeling very balanced in the midst of very large and very recent trauma. I would recommend her to anybody. Her knowledge and approach were very comforting and extremely helpful.

Mandy's therapy was exactly what has been needed. Her ability to work through emotions stored in the body along with yoga practices to help strengthen or release areas, depending on what is needed, has helped my overall holistic wellness.
