I reached out to maids by trade because I wanted to get my apartment cleaned. I had let it fall by the wayside while I was going through cancer treatment and to celebrate my remission wanted treat myself and have it done for me. I Was quoted $420 as the high end of the estimate for cleaning of a 1year old property, EXCLUDING the master bedroom, but added to have the refrigerator (not freezer) cleaned out. They sent out a 3 team crew for a 2 bathroom 1 bedroom less than 800sq ft apartment and failed to communicate any adjustments or extras they felt they wanted/needed to add, once they finished in under the 3 hour window i was expecting to pay less than the $420.. however I was presented with a $525 bill!! These people came in, poorly vacuumed and mopped the floors, half heartedly wiped down the doors and cabinets, cleaned the sinks, tubs and toilets... no windows, no blinds, no dusting and did a horrible job at that! I called the main office immediately and asked them how that was even possible and was told that it took longer than expected even though I was quoted three people for three hours and they were only here for two hours and 30 minutes. they said we're sorry for the miscommunication we're sorry that they didn't tell you that they were going over the $420 until they presented me the bill then proceed to quote the estimate verbiage but we had previously discussed that $420 was the high end and more than likely would not be gone over the photos tell all this is a Bait and Switch and I have contacted the BBB

Warning! This company is under new management that is non trustworthy - they have increased prices without getting any prior agreement, then lie when being confronted and falsifying documents to our credit card company when trying to justify their charge for a 2 hour cleaning that ended up being 35% more than the same 2 hour regular cleaning since 2015. The cleaning staff is awesome and personable though, love them!

After posting about the glass light fixture cover, they broke and would not fix. Marla the owner responded to the negative review and said to give her a call so she could fix the situation. I called the number that Marla posted and ended up talking to Claudia, the same person that said she wouldn't replace the glass light fixture the first time I called. Claudia was again rude to me, like the first time I called. I felt like I was baited into getting disrespected again. This company is not worth your time. They will break your stuff and be rude to you without remorse.

We've been using Maids by Trade bi-weekly for over three years, in addition to a move in and move out cleaning, and could not be happier with the service and staff. In fact, we would say they are the most thorough and professional service we've ever used.

Our search for a cleaning service took us to Maids by Trade. And we're not sorry! The initial service turned out so well we felt as if our home was new. The team was cordial and good at asking questions. They worked hard and diligently from the time they arrived until they were finished. We're looking forward to their next visit!

I requested regular cleaning service to start this past week. The women came and I stayed in my room so they could work. About 2/3 of the way through the cleaning a man came and said he was their supervisor. He asked me about it being a move-out clean, which it was not. He said I'd be charged for the women thinking that it was a move out clean and them cleaning out some of the drawers in one of the bathrooms, which I didn't need done. One of the women closed the door to the front bathroom when she went in to clean, and I found after she left that she'd taken the large bottle of aspirin from the medicine cabinet. I feel bad for her if she was in pain, but she didn't need to steal. She could have just asked and I'd have been happy to share if not give it to her. Basically, they didn't do some of the things I'd actually requested done for starting regular service, and then they did things that weren't needed or asked for because for some reason they thought it was a move-out clean while the apartment is furnished, and they didn't bother to ask about that when they saw that items/furniture were still around when that's usually not the case (at least for me) if it's a move-out clean. I am wondering if they just wanted to go through the drawers. So far, I don't think anything was taken save for the aspirin, but even that's sad. I don't think I'll be using them again. Also, one of them yanked out one of the slats in the long-hanging blinds and didn't say anything. I just found it laying to the side after they left.

We have been using Maids by Trade for over 5 years and I highly recommend them. They are very professional, they are very responsive and they do an AMAZING job cleaning EVERY time. We have a very active household with 3 dogs and 2 cats so our house can get quite dirty. After the team comes our house is spotless. I actually recommended Maids By Trade to a friend earlier this month.

Maids By Trade Came to my house and performed in general cleaning. They broke one of my glass chandelier light covers but did a fair job cleaning. The people that cleaned said the office would replace the light cover. They said the office would call or I could call and they would replace the glass light cover. I called the office, they denied that it happened. They didn’t check in with the people that cleaned to see if it actually happened. They just immediately denied it and said they would not replace it. Be warned, Maids by trade is an elusive outfit that will break your stuff and deny everything.

I just had my house deep cleaned by Maids By Trade of Johnson Creek and I am struck speechless. My normally dingy entry floor glows! The stove top is so clean I can clearly see the burner outlines! My fridge is so clean I want to fill it with better food! I won't bore you with the long story but few companies will come to my area and most of the house I don't need to be cleaned. A knowledgeable representative came to my house, gave me an estimate on exactly what I needed done and had a crew here the next day! Simply amazing.
