A little over 2 years ago my family and I started a general contracting company building ADUs in the Portland Metro Area. Over the years, we have worked with Rob Karas on multiple projects and has been an incredible asset to our team. I highly recommend Rob @ Leanto Architecture. His knowledge, experience, attention to detail and great communication was the critical piece we needed to get our attic conversion to a movie theater off to a smooth start. We truly appreciate the time and effort he put in to getting every aspect of the planning and drawings done with detail, clarity and accuracy. We built an ADU for my elderly mother. The unit had to have specific design elements within a certain size constraint. LEANTO Architecture rendered my initial concept into multiple iterations until it worked beautifully! Rob went to bat for us with the permitting office on a few features, as well. The unit ended up better than expected, and my mom loves it! Rob's communication and technical acumen are elite!

If I went into a similar project again, I would hire LEANTO in a heartbeat.
