Erin is well organized and her facility and waiting room are clean and tidy and attractive. She is well educated in her field. She explained the science of her work clearly in terms accessible to the lay person. She is polite and attractive and a pleasant conversationalist. The inevitable discomfort of the process is minimized by her skill and efficiency. Her pleasant personality makes the process of hair removal fade into the background. The foreground is friendly conversation. I recommend her work. She accomplishes a lot in a short period of time of time. She is outstanding in her field.

Erin is incredibly kind and caring. She pays close attention to her client's needs and she's easy to talk to. I had 3 hours of electrolysis in one session on my underarms and I left feeling great. I can't wait for my next session!
