I recently hired Knez Insulation through the Energy Trust of Oregon, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

My first contact was with Omar, who came out to assess my crawlspace for insulation. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and demonstrated the kind of professionalism and customer care that instantly builds trust. Thank you all more and crew for doing such a good job on my home you want above and beyond. You also let me know That I had an unchecked water leak under my house which eventually could have been serious.

I worked with them last year - a lot - and recently (on a small order). Got from them mostly sheet rock and insulation (at different times, for different projects). At the top of construction season! Couldn't have been more accommodating. Followed-up impeccably. Courteous. Delivered on time. Issued payment statements and releases of leans (when paid) that my contractors not be able to lean against. Mrs. Knez herself (works in finance department) followed up with some of my requests. Like beyond timely. Thank you, guys.
