Excellent brokerage with full service staff!! Any agents looking for a new home would be blown away by the level of attention and care this office provides. Real Estate is such a competitive world, it's rare to find an office where not only the staff and (rockstar) Principal Broker support you- but the 100+ agents do also. It's truly a family that wants to see you succeed.
My husband and I were first time home buyers, and John L. Scott (with real estate agent Kate Smith specifically) blew us away - completely exceeding our expectations.One thing we loved about John L. Scott was how real estate agents work together as a team on challenging transactions. In the first house we were under contract on, Kate went out of her way to research and educate us on that particular type of home, AND looped in her colleague Israel who happened to be an expert on a small nuanced aspect of the property.
