I have been emailing and calling for weeks to get our old bin collected and account closed. The customer care representative, Zakiesha Nelson, has not been returning my emails or phone calls. I would like to have the bin removed from our work location as soon as possible.Update: After leaving my review, I received an email confirmation and notice for date of collection. they did come on the day they said they would and collected our bin. I appreciate that and have changed my review rating because of the prompt follow up. thank you!
