Heidi was amazing. She was so warm and welcoming. It was my first time at Hyde West but she made it feel like I’d always been a client. Heidi gave input on the haircut I wanted and did a fantastic job. I am so glad to have her cut and style my hair!

Heidi is a stylist with a rare combination of attributes. She is a creative, talented, and innovative stylist who prioritizes keeping up with changing styles and pursues educational opportunities regularly. But she is also an incredibly grounded, responsible, personable, and reliable stylist/business owner which is important for those of us who don't have time to waste on flaky scheduling or inconsistent results. Heidi is literally gifted when it comes to hair. She is truly the kindest, coolest and most down to earth stylist Ive ever worked with. She has a heart of gold! It was a fun, fast and seamless experience and I left looking amazing. The salon location is great and the salon itself is gorgeous and clean. Thank you Heidi!!!
