I've had a positive experience with Househappy. It makes it so easy to request a service and have them vet the contractors. Their website allows you to see reviews and handle the negotiation. Saves hours of asking recommendations from fellow neighbors. I like that they also followup with you on your project requests as time gets away from me a lot!

Anytime I have a question or concern they are quick to reply and walk me through what needs to be done. Jack has been like a personal agent, helping me with all of my detailed questions from start to present.

House Happy recommend 3 plumbers and the most affordable one amazingly completed the job in less than 1.5 hrs, per my request. If only they would have after-job cleanup as part of their service. The tank and bowl lids were left wet and dirty on each toilet.
