Mark is a gem -- a jack-of-all-trades and a pleasure to work with. He did a series of repairs after my tenants moved out to prepare the house for sale. He expertly repaired, patched, and plastered large holes in the wall, installed missing baseboard and door trim, installed two new ceiling fans, fixed plubming fixtures, repaired broken ballusters, installed sheetrock, adding framing to an exposed vent, and more. He always pursued the most elegant but cost-effective solution to each problem. His fees are very competitive and I'm happy I was able to get on his calendar!
