Every time I deliver to one of their construction sites its always a headache to do the simplest things like, talk to someone who speaks English, get anyone to answer their phone to schedule the delivery, actually unload in a timely manner. So far this Llano project down here in Claude, TX has been the worst experience. Nobody answers the phone, drive around aimlessly until you actually find someone who knows anything, then you sit for hours waiting to get unloaded. You call the office in Portland and try to talk to someone but get transfered to voicemail after voicemail. It's pretty pathetic, and completely unprofessional.
