I am visiting Portland from NZ and my glasses had lost the screw that holds side arm on. The lovely people that work there kindly repaired them for me while I waited. Then helped us navigate a few things to do in Portland. Highly recommended.

Had my glasses repaired in 15 minutes. The person working there seemed very conscientious about their supply chain as well and supported small manufacturers including Shuron which is my favorite brand and so hard to find!
