I get Cranial Sacral Massage at Heart Spring Health. It is really helping me learn how to relax. I feel much more grounded and my anxiety seems to be disappearing! I also get acupuncture there and I have noticed quite a significant improvement in my back pain. The offices are very peaceful, and everyone is very welcoming. I look forward to my visits at Heart Spring Health!

My long time chiropractic Dr. Mr. T. Walton moved here from his previous employer. It's a newer business and in a great location right by the Sellwood Food Cart Pod and the public library. Parking can be tough in this area but I've always found street parking within a block of my destination. Heart Spring Health has several naturopath options. I come for chiropractic care. Dr. Walton is amazing. He is a great Dr. who cares about your health and he is also a Teacher of chiropractic care. Got a question for the Dr.? Mr. Walton is a encyclopedia of information.

Utterly distressing experience trying to get chiropractic help from this clinic that accepted my insurance. Absolutely traumatic. This is my first attempt at trying to receive chiropractic care. What I received was a front desk staff who were unsure of their own system. Before arriving I attempted filling out an intake form that would not process yet required my CC info and a lot of waivers. I then called to ask for help and was told after long waits on hold that I should just come in early and I would be helped. I showed up 20 minutes early to a chaotic office with busted front window. Three staffers not sure what they were doing as one admitted she was new and didn't know how to help me. More clients came and went ahead of me as I waited to be helped. Finally a kind woman dressed as a nurse and who smelled of smoke took me in a room to take my vitals (BP, height, weight). Then I was lead down a hall to an office of Dr Derek (he made it a point that he was to be referred to as "Doctor" which I obliged.) His office was dirty (much like the lobby). His person items were strewn about and his broke laptop were on the table. I couldn't believe this is a doctor. He said he was going to do magic on me. Literally. I told him I am a Christian and refused. The then asked a bunch of probing questions. I should have bounced. Everything seemed off. But I was in pain. He started chanting. I was praying to Jesus that I would be protected from this ritual. Witchcraft. He said it was some sort of energy work. Very little touching or body manipulation. 30 minutes of this and he was done. He said he wanted to see me once a week and it would cost me a $50 co-pay for each visit and the clinic would charge my insurance $615 (that is not a typo) for this nonsense. Since they had my CC info and the staff said that was the way it was, I was forced charged. I felt utterly scammed and left feeling worse than when I arrived.

Nice people, but felt ripped off. Maybe it was just miscommunication. I went there because enlarged lymph nodes were found during a CT scan. Spent an hour filling out the new patient questionnaire. Then had 2 one hour appointments, and the advice finally given was to "eat more vegetables." Seemed pretty lame. Plus, I went there looking specifically for Applied Kinesiology. But somehow I was assigned to a naturopath who said, "Oh I don't really do that. I've only done applied kinesiology 3 or 4 times."

I cannot say enough about Ken! He has helped me tremendously with my chronic neck pain and other symptoms with Craniosacral Therapy. I am of Dental Hygienist and 15 years of full time work was starting to catch up with me. I have seen so many different health professionals and have had an MRI, xrays, blood work and more for my neck and face pain with no answers. After just one therapy visit with Ken I had significant relief. He really has a gift and I am very grateful for her care. Not only is he highly trained but very kind and great listener.

Almost every provider that I've ever seen here has been amazing and truly cares! I don't go there as much since they moved to their new lovely facility, but their providers have made a profound, meaningful impact on my life (particularly Dr. Ava and Dr. Jess. I just love them! ❤️) They meet you where you're at and dig deep to help you get to the bottom of your health concerns. I would not be where I'm at without Heartspring. Wow—what a treasure this place is. The quality of care, warmth, and insight provided by HSH is unlike anything I’ve experienced—and I’ve experienced a LOT of doctors on my journey healing from Chronic Lyme. Some “integrative” clinics are all breadth but no depth, resulting in an inefficient and disjointed money-grabbing client experience. Not so with the doctors at HSH. I’m beyond impressed with how well this folks refer and work with one another, for the multiple modalities many of the practitioners hold and how expertly and fluidly they bring relevant skills to me and my case. It is such a pleasure as a client to feel free to explore and experience different modalities and practitioners here so I can find my fit. And I have! So much gratitude for Dr. Nicole Lewis’s grounded, insightful, and easygoing approach. She’s provided me wonderful referrals and is helping me very much with hormonal and emotional wellbeing through her understanding of the mindbody connection. Likewise Dr. WendyLeigh White is a generous, loving, and wise clinician with whom I am so grateful to be experiencing Craniosacral therapy—it is so profoundly nourishing to my nervous system and just a joy to work with her.
