Health Plus has changed my life. David, my nurse practitioner, has been nothing short of incredible. When I started, I was at my lowest—physically and emotionally. With David’s guidance and unwavering support, I’ve lost 120 pounds. He worked hand-in-hand with my medical team to identify the root issues and help me heal from the inside out. I still have 30 pounds to go, but I’m confident I’ll get there—with David in my corner, I know I’m not alone. For the first time in a long time, I’m living my best life.

I started my weight loss journey about 6 months ago. I had a baby two years ago and it was really hard for me to lose the weight after. I tried a lot of different things even with exercise I still needed the extra help. David at health plus has been an absolute godsend. He’s helped me get on a great diet and encouraged pairing it with exercise that has proven to be successful. I have a lot of work to continue doing but I am so excited with the results that the team has helped me achieve. I can’t wait to continue on this journey with them. I'm really grateful for what I've found in Health Plus. The best part of the membership has been the support and guidance as often as I need. I'm pretty sure that you have to check in at least monthly, but if you wanted to book an appointment and come in weekly-you could and they'd be happy to see you. Accountability is valuable and if you can hold yourself to more check ins, you'll meet your goals faster. They have so many resources, recipes, and cheers of encouragement--they make it hard not to succeed.I can't thank the Health Plus team enough for how they've changed my life this year.
