We've been bringing our cats to halsey east since last May. the staff and doctors there are always so helpful and understanding. Even when we had to say goodbye to our sweet baby prematurely Dr. Vockert and Heather were there for us every step of the way. Thank you for everything that you do. ❤️

I started going to Halsey East when VCA became too overcrowded during the pandemic, and making this switch has been one of the best decisions. They are thoughtful, caring, professional, and really let you know that your pet is their #1 priority. I needed to have my cat seen for an acute issue, and there wasn't an immediate opening available, but was told they would call me as soon as one did. The very next morning, I received a call that they had a cancellation and would I want to take that spot. That was wonderful. Daycare people helpful and amazing! Veterinarian caring and amazing! But I am so fed up with the handful of receptionist at this place! Every time either I or my partner calls they are very unprofessional and impolite. No customer service at all. You should be doing what's best for the pet and be caring and concerned. They do not even say good bye on the phone they just slam the phone in my ear! I wish I could talk to the veterinarian personally and tell him what's going on. Very disappointing, makes me want to search for a new vet office.
