Jo has been cutting my hair for years. The every 3-4 month cuts initially helped me grow out my gray and gave me confidence to wear my hair longer to show off my curls. I had my second curly cut with Jo a few months ago and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed. My hair appeared frizzy, poofy, and uneven, nothing like the defined curls I had seen after my previous cut with a different stylist. It was discouraging to spend over $200 and leave the salon feeling less confident about my hair. If you have wavy hair and are still learning to manage a curly routine, I would highly recommend finding a different stylist with more experience working with your specific texture and curl pattern.

Jo really listened to what I wanted and made my wavy curls look great! She also gave me some really helpful tips about styling. **6 month update: this was my favorite haircut ever! Just got better as it grew out and lasted a full six months before I even thought about needing a tune up. Definitely worth the cost!**

Best razor cut I've ever had. Jo also showed me how to style my barely-wavy hair into what I'd call somewhere in between extremely-defined waves or loose curls, which I have tried to do for YEARS without success. Face framing was flawless, layers are perfect, and she cleaned up my split ends without removing any length as requested. Jo is my new go-to, thanks again!!!

Without a doubt the very best haircut of my life. 10/10. I strongly recommend her for anyone with a hair texture they're not sure what to do with. Jo's techniques have helped me learn to tame and love my hair as it's changed over time because hormones and climate. I really cannot recommend her enough - you won't regret it.
