There was so much I gained from my Reconnection sessions with Amy. She was able to so incredibly hold the space for me and help me see beyond what I was able to see myself. Amy is a wonderful space holder with a calming presence and keen intuition. Yesterday was my first time receiving craniosacral massage from her and I’m still feeling the positive effects of it rippling through the day after. I am already looking forward to booking my next session! I am feeling a mental clarity I haven’t had in quite some time and the head tremors I experience have reduced greatly. My nervous system feels very nourished.
I have also attended a couple of Amy’s plant spirit meditations and the containers she cultivates are thoughtful, reverent and powerful. I’m discerning when it comes to practitioners and I highly recommend Amy.
