I chose Heidi from Grounded Hearts intentionally for my empowerment session photoshoot. Our family truly enjoyed our birth journey with Heidi as a guiding star before, during, and after our son's arrival. Her knowledge in being a doula helped create a comfortable labor, especially with getting our son in a good position and ensuring a smooth delivery with breathing and calming coaching techniques. Would recommend for anyone looking to remove some unneeded worry come baby!
