Gresham Eye Care: Nguyen Tuan OD

My family have been going to Gresham Eye Care for about 15 years now. I've never received better customer service or medical care from any other provider - vision or otherwise. Kevin at the front desk is personable and friendly (and tells great jokes!), and Dr. Nguyen makes it obvious that he cares about us and our children. They honestly feel like part of our family. And on top of all that, the care we receive is thorough and comprehensive. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

My experience at Gresham Eye Care is truly one of the best experiences I could have hoped for, especially given my complicated eye needs.Back in July I was diagnosed with a life-long chronic illness that specifically impacts my ability to see, and after a few months of evaluating the damage done to my optic nerve I was encouraged to see an optometrist for glasses. Upon calling and setting up my first appointment, I asked questions regarding the in-depth nature of their medical history (because I wanted to ensure a pair of glasses would actually solve my problems) and the receptionist, Kevin, was incredibly accommodating. Great experience start to finish, Kevin and Dr. Nguyen were both exceedingly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough for my first exam and was able to catch and correct an issue I've had with my vision that my last two optometrists had missed, can't recommend this location more.
