I had a pretty bad experience at this location. The cutting counter was dirty full of scattered hairs and when I asked the hairstylist to clean the chair she did that just barely. Even the hair cutting experience was bad it almost gave me anxiety. Not returning at this great clips location.

UPDATE: I was finally lucky enough to reach Georgia who got me in touch with Brenda. She resolved the problems. Also Nanette was warm and kind.
They ruined my hair and refused to refund a hair product that I returned.

Specifically told the older asian haircutter to use thinning shears on the back, not buzzers... Closed my eyes and felt buzzers on my neck. Told her to comb my hair forward and cut an arc with thinning shears... She finished and blew me off and I found the section was cut straight. Found right side hair was still coming over the ears, and right side was not thinned equally to the left.
