Simply put, Grand Decks is one of the best construction companies that I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. It all starts at the top. The owner, whose name is Alex, is a hard worker with good people skills. He communicates with both his staff and his customers in the best possible and most constructive manner. Armando and JJ are the workers who built my front porch. They are both punctual, hard workers, keep their promises and are fantastic carpenters as well. Sales Manager Nick knows his stuff. Alex and his team at Grand Decks did an outstanding job on our deck project. They handled the complete demolition of our old deck and built a new one from the ground up. The design was challenging, but they executed it flawlessly. Their professionalism and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
I recently hired Grand Decks to replace my wood deck with TimberTech composite decking, add cable railing, add new stairs down to my lower patio, install a wall, and install a cedar tongue and groove ceiling on the lower level and on newly installed wall. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding.
I had very high expectations going into this project, and I’m thrilled to say Grand Decks exceeded them in every way. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result.
