Patrick Stockton is the best. He knows exactly what he's talking about and is so approachable and professional. I have to replace every window in a new home we bought and he patiently took me through all of the different options and what was the best decision long term. He talked through different concerns with climate and moisture erosion on materials, glass color caused by coatings and iron (literally walked me outside with samples to show me in real daylight and I immediately made a decision). I think if he hadn't spent the time with me, I would have made several mistakes in what is the biggest home project we are undertaking. 10/10.

Patrick and and the Glacier Window team are professionals in everything they offer. I am grateful I found them. I bought Loewen windows and doors and could not be happier. They helped me select the correct windows and went outside the norm in customer service and delivery.

I originally left a bad review but would like to rescind it. These guys are amazing. They were low on staff due to the pandemic and the parts were on back order so it just took a little longer than usual. Thank you Jevon and Jerry for coming and fixing my window. Looking forward to enjoying the nice breeze all summer long!

I ordered my parts for my window in February and my window still hasn’t been fixed.

We ordered and had installed Fleetwood windows and doors and a pivot door with Glacier. As a homeowner who trusted Glacier to help us through the process, we learned a lot about their install through years of problems after. We have had ongoing problems with our pivot door, such as, they ordered the wrong size, they used a metal file to shave it down, put many extra screws into the frame to push it out of the way when they didn't make allowances for heat expansion. Then the closer broke. They replaced the closer and then that one broke. Recently they tried to charge me over 5k for something we already paid for. Once I had to do my own research about the door, the closer and the issues, I learned they didn't even install it level and it continually failed. Our door looks worse years later than it did at install due to all the "fixes" they made along the way. They had an employee that lied to us for 7 years about knowing they made mistakes from the beginning. Good luck using this company. We've been passed through many different employees through the years. We have proof it was their install and they still won't do the right thing. They did a terrible retrofit on a beautiful mid century home.

Have never had worse customer service or lack of communication, we are months past their original timeline estimate, they have had our doors from the manufacturer for over 2 weeks and have not even attempted to schedule our install. Their delays are now holding up every other aspect of our remodel. Brian Bishop has been nothing but apathetic from the moment we placed our order. This company does not care about their customers at all.
