We have 3 very precious to us hand tied wool rugs, all different sizes but all very high quality. They hadn’t been cleaned for years and moved at least 3 times rolled up in a moving truck. Now we have settled (hopefully for good!) and wanted to get these beauties thoroughly cleaned. After reading lots of reviews of professional cleaners we reached out to Gallaghers. From the first phone call to final delivery of our cleaned rugs they have been friendly, professional, and cheerful. Tyler and Ceasar were super. Pick up and delivery was essential for us as we couldn’t lift these rugs on our own. Great customer service and they did an outstanding job on our rugs. It’s not cheap to clean such heavy and thick rugs, but the cost was reasonable for the task and comparable to other such businesses.

We have been using Gallagher's for 15 years. This time Juan cleaned the carpets in our basement rental apartment and in the bedrooms that we rent out on Airbnb. Juan showed up exactly on time, worked diligently, and even the 15-year old carpets Juan cleaned now look like they are brand new and that makes us proud to show our guests into their rooms. An added bonus is that Juan is such a pleasant person to have in our home. In fact, every person from Gallagher's who we have delt with over the years has been wonderful. This is truly a 5-star locally owned company that remains reasonably priced even in these financially stressful times. Highly recommend!!!

Gallagher’s responded very quickly to my phone call. I explained my situation the rugs were inherited from my mom who had Alzheimer’s and dementia and they had pet urine all over them. They stunk terrible. He gave me a quote. Told me he could pick them up and he would deliver them when they were done they were done within six weeks no odor all stains gone. This is more than I what I could’ve requested since these rugs are wool and tied they did such a great job gave me new padding for the back of them came and moved furniture and put them down and they were very reasonably priced for what they did. I would refer my best friend to Gallagher‘s.
